Herts Visual Arts Big Art Fair (Hitchin Town Hall)

Herts Visual Arts Big Art Fair at Hitchin Town Hall (during the Hitchin Festival) is open to HVA members only. This light and open space is ours from Friday set-up, the Friday evening Private View and Big Art Fair opening hours on the Saturday and Sunday. 'Expressions of interest' registration is now open and will intially run for one week. It's worth noting that places last year were fully subscribed within 12 hours (yes, 12 hours). Final number of available spaces, fees and other details are unconfirmed as planning is underway. Please read this registration form carefully.

Please click Register and use this form to confirm interest. Prompt payment of separate booking fees and prompt response to firm booking forms will be required at a later date to confirm participation.

In the event of over-subscription (when final numbers have been confirmed), priority will be given to paid-up HVAF members with up to date, complete HVAF gallery pages, in strict order of:

- original expressions of interest (this registration)

- payment for 2D/3D spaces within the specified payment window

If further spaces become available depending on set-up and actual bookings, priority will always go to members who pay fees/comply with booking conditions by any specified deadline.

In stages from March-May and in the run up to the event, you will receive further event detail. All booking and payment will be on-line, including emails. Please remember that it is your responsibility to read emails and respond accordingly.

Event detail will include: number of available spaces, final booking conditions, on-line payment, set-up/take-down, Private View and other important information. Prior to the event you must have your www.hvaf.org.uk gallery up to date and also supply a list of works to the organisers.
